1. Volume-based: We charge based on how much space your items take up in our truck (1/4 truck, 1/2 truck, etc.)
2. Flat-rate pricing: No hourly charges or hidden fees - the price we quote is what you pay
3. Includes everything: Labor, truck, disposal fees, fuel, and recycling costs are all included

• Single item removal (sofa, mattress): $75-$150
• 1/4 truckload (small room cleanout): $150-$250
• 1/2 truckload (garage cleanout): $250-$400
• Full truckload (whole house/basement): $400-$700

We offer free on-site estimates and can often provide accurate quotes over the phone based on your description.

We're committed to environmentally responsible disposal. Here's where your items typically go:

• Donation (30%): Usable furniture, appliances, and household items go to local charities like Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, and domestic violence shelters
• Recycling (40%): Metals, electronics, cardboard, and other recyclables go to certified recycling centers
• Proper disposal (30%): Only non-recyclable, non-donatable items go to licensed landfills

In 2023, we diverted 78% of collected materials from landfills - well above the industry average of 50-60%. We provide donation receipts upon request for tax purposes.

Due to safety and legal regulations, we cannot accept:

• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, etc.)
• Medical/biological waste
• Explosives or ammunition
• Radioactive materials
• Freon-containing appliances (unless properly drained by certified technician)

For items that require special disposal (like tires, batteries, or electronics), we may charge additional fees to cover proper recycling costs. When in doubt, just ask - we can usually recommend proper disposal methods for restricted items.

Yes! We're proud to support our community with these discounts:

• Seniors (65+): 10% off all services
• Military/Veterans: 15% off (active duty, retired, or veteran with ID)
• Nonprofits: 10-20% off depending on organization size
• First Responders: 10% off (police, fire, EMS with ID)

For most jobs, you don't need to be present if you provide clear instructions about:

1. What items to remove
2. Where items are located
3. Any special access instructions (gate codes, keys, etc.)

We recommend being present for:

• First-time customers
• Jobs with valuable/antique items
• When you're unsure what to keep vs. remove

For unattended jobs, we'll send before/after photos and a detailed receipt. Payment can be made over the phone with a credit card.

Absolutely! Our team is experienced in safely moving heavy and bulky items like:

• Pianos and pool tables
• Large appliances (refrigerators, washers, etc.)
• Exercise equipment
• Furniture from upper floors or basements

We use professional moving equipment (dollies, straps, etc.) and take care to protect your floors and walls. There's no extra charge for this service - it's included in our standard pricing.

For extremely heavy items (over 500 lbs) or complex moves (narrow staircases, etc.), we may bring additional crew members at no extra cost to ensure safe removal.
